Baby, I float. 🪐 Full circle moment. Back in my college days, DP and I were in the same CultureCon Volunteer email thread in 2018. I ended up dropping last minute as a Volunteer because I got another amazing opportunity that conflicted with schedules. If I went that year we probably would’ve met before God’s timing. Before then we never met or knew each other but somehow ran in the same creative circles and similar friend groups. Fast forward to 2025, we’re at CultureCon married. CultureCon holds a special place in our hearts. It’s a safe space for Black Creatives but also for Black love to come together, shine and thrive together.
