Starting again from where you are is the best thing you can do. You don’t need to wait until everything is perfect, or be ashamed of starting over. You just need to recognize and be aware of things going offf track. And get back to on that bike. No need to go back to that start, look at where you are now and go from there. Life Doesn’t wait for you to be perfect it waits for you to try! So try it for yourself before giving up or try embracing that fear of starting over.
