Meet my client kayleigh.sam86 who’s just rocked our most recent femme_coaching_ #wintershoot with mak_freeman and safe to say she’s crushed it 🔥 With Kayleigh we actually had to pull back cardio and push food, structure hwr weight sessions a bit better to try and build muscle for the toned look she was after. She was surprised how much food she can put away and how the amount of running she was doing she actually did more so out of worrying about her shape than out of love for it.
