✨🌟Client highlight of the week 🌟 ✨ with small_but_mightypoppy Jan 24’ to current I could write sooo much about this clients journey, Not even sure where to start - tbh I do hope one day we get the chance to share it in a podcast or something… For now; this is the first client transformation that I share where we had use #ozempic alongside of coaching - lots to say on this topic BUT - just to say she’s been off the O since about Nov last year, and without a dexa scan before and after we will never know but I don’t think she’s lost any muscle so 🖕🏽to all the fear mongers 💁🏼‍♀️ We used O to aid her journey and not to SKIP the steps and she continues to address her daily, weekly routines and steps which allows her to continue her progress - this is where her success lies!
