Throughout the 1990s, Cyril was training users on Windows and Office 95 as a student. Then, before he knew it, he was hired full-time and found himself driving a dusty VW bus across Sub-Saharan Africa, working with ISPs to launch Internet Explorer 4.0. Along the way, he mastered the art of listening—really listening—to what people need, making sure to enjoy the ride.
