To choose strong — what does that really mean?
It means deciding that you come first.
That your healing matters.
That doing the hard, necessary work is an act of love — not just for yourself, but for those who look up to you.
It’s committing to therapy.
To movement.
To rest.
To self-care.
To all the things that seem selfish… but actually take strength.
Because as I learn to love myself, I’m teaching this fierce little one that she never has to be silent.
That her voice matters.
That she can begin to recognize the quiet voice within — the one that sounds like her own, but is actually His.
The voice of love.
The voice of truth.
The voice of God.
And my prayer is that she’ll always know how to listen — and let that voice speak beauty, belonging, and courage into every part of her life.
