This is the girl I prayed for.
A girl who uses her voice — not with fear, but with fierce love.
She knows she’s deeply valued by her parents, her family, her community, and her God.
And when you know you’re loved like that, you walk — or roll — through the world with confidence.
She gets asked, “What’s wrong with you?”
And without missing a beat, her Latina side kicks in:
“What’s wrong with you?” 😏
And you better believe I’m clapping in the background like,
“I’m right here, baby. You’re safe. You’re good. I got you.”
Let’s raise kind kids. Let’s teach adults how to do better.
Because this girl?
She’s not a problem to fix.
She’s a gem of light. A voice worth hearing. A whole miracle.
