Walk walks are ridiculously difficult for me, knocks the breath right out of me. As part of the WOD we had to do a few sets of these. I haven’t been able to get all the way to the wall since 2021. But today I got there, even though it was not very elegant or smooth. 😂 #crossfit #wallwalks
