🗣 Speaker: Jaime Matta 👉🏼 The CometChip technology as a promising tool for the analysis of DNA repair capacity in clinical samples from cancer patients A promising new tool, the CometChip technology (CCT) (R&D Systems) was developed to study DNA damage during the last decade. The CCT is a high throughput technology that allows, due to its 96-well format, for the assessment of a large number of samples simultaneously with excellent reproducibility. It provides a phenotypic measure of DRC levels.
