Thandra Ritchie always had a goal of achieving a master’s degree. After losing her eyesight at the age of 50, she remained undeterred and enrolled in the St. Ambrose University Master of Organizational Leadership program. The SAU Accessibility Resources Center ensured that Thandra’s return to the classroom came with ease, working directly with publishers to obtain textbook audio tapes and other necessary accommodations. On May 14, Thandra’s perseverance and dedication to her goal will culminate by receiving her Master of Organizational Leadership degree from St. Ambrose. #SAUGrad21
