🏯 Japan; Then & Now -> 2025 Study Abroad Recap! 🏯 . From May 21st to June 9th, 16 students participated in an unforgettable journey across Japan. They visited several locations including Tokyo, Hiratsuka, Kyoto, and more! . The students got to make new friends and create many new experiences such as watching a kabuki performance, riding the shikansen (bullet train), visiting shrines, cultural activities, and so much more!! . “Throughout the trip, students were challenged, inspired, and transformed. I’m proud to share that each one of them grew in meaningful ways, broadening their perspectives and embracing the value of global citizenship,” says Assistant Teaching Professor Yuka Naito who was also the KU faculty leading them on this program. .
