President Biden’s nomination of the Honorable Ketanji Brown Jackson is a major campaign promise fulfilled. Since it’s inception 233 years ago, a Black woman has never served on the Supreme Court. EVER. The time couldn’t be more critical with affirmative action, voting rights, reproductive justice, and democracy on the line, we need fairness and justice on the bench.
