Clarence B. Jones served as speechwriter and counsel to Martin Luther King, Jr. from 1960-68, assisting with Dr. King's famous "I Have A Dream" speech. Jones also negotiated a peaceful end to the Attica prison uprising in 1971 + has become one of the nation’s foremost authorities on the history of African enslavement and the rise of White Supremacy.
