And an understanding of those who are intimidated when we are. Like any sport and field, we dominate when we get in. We raise the bar, even on uneven playing fields. The fear is unfortunate, but understandable. But imagine, even for just a moment, how our human race as a whole would be uplifted and inevitably ascend to another level of greatness if even half of the energy and effort to handcuff the greatness of Black people (literally and figuratively) ceased? Those of us who bust through strategically placed boundaries consistently bust through prejudiced and conditioned thoughts of who we are and what we are capable of.
