In recent weeks #COPATrain have added a revised coaching methodology that members are currently working through - Small-Sided Conditioned Game Play. • The competitive nature of game play provides a greater intensity to the learning environment allowing the transfer of learned techniques to be applied on the game field. The small-sided nature fits with the small group sizes at COPA and allows for full engagement of all players aligned to Game-Specific coaching.
