At only 22-years-old, Felicia Philibert is making a name for herself as an activist and organizer. During her first year at university, she co-founded a student group centered around women in politics. Within the span of three years, she turned her group, Women for Political Change into a nonpartisan, non-profit organization- one that has helped raise the public profile of several local politicians in Minnesota. WFPC holistically invests in the leadership and power of women, femmes, and non-binary folks. She is a steadfast advocate, working alongside powerhouses like Ilhan Omar and Andrea Jenkins. In addition to her role as Education & Advocacy Director of WFPC, @FeliciaPhil is completing progress towards a degree in Social Work at Augsburg University. Through her many endeavors, she is forever committed to elevating opportunities for people from marginalized communities. Thank you, Felicia! Know a Black and Excellent change maker?
