Jewell Jones is a Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing the 11th district. He is also known as the youngest State Representative in Michigan’s history. Before serving in the Michigan House of Representatives, he was a member of the Inkster City Council, Inkster Task Force, Inkster Youth Coalition, Inkster Chamber of Commerce and more. Jowell Jones graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2017 with a degree in political science and finance. At the University of Michigan-Dearborn, Jowell was a member of the Army Reserve Officers Training Corps, the Black Student Union and the Student Veteran Association.
