🎓 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐬 Col. Brandon J. Tellez, Class of 2001, has been selected as the Academy’s 32nd Commandant of Cadets, succeeding Brig. Gen. Gavin P. Marks, who will retire this summer following a distinguished usairforce career. 🤝 Under Brig. Gen. Marks’ leadership, the Cadet Wing strengthened its focus on warfighting readiness, reinforcing discipline, accountability and elevated standards while expanding training to meet evolving operational demands. 🇺🇸 His tenure included enhancements to Basic Cadet Training, the creation of the Cadet Warfighter Instructor Course and realignment of key organizations to strengthen leadership development across all four years.
