We have appealed our preliminary injunction in our Black v. Garland case! The lower court had previously denied our injunction but we are not done fighting! The ATF is attempting to end the private purchase and sale of firearms with its new "engaged in the business" of dealing firearms. The ATF has overstepped its authority yet again, but we are committed to defending the Second Amendment rights of Americans. #case #appeal #secondamendment
