Mountain States has just filed comment against the ATF's latest rule. This time the ATF is seeking power that could lead to the END of private sales of firearms. The ATF is once again attempting to REDEFINE your second amendment rights and MSLF refuses to stand by and watch. The [ATF's] proposed rulemaking is nothing more than an attempt to limit private firearms transactions to zero, effectively creating a national gun registry by requiring those who wish to sell nearly any firearm, for any reason, to obtain a Federal Firearms License (FFL). Bottomline: Private firearm sales could be coming to an end if the ATF has their way. This new rule has the potential to require all individuals who are selling firearms to be on a federal registry, comply with all FFL regulations and possibly be subjected to "inspections" in their own home simply because they had to get an FFL to sell a gun.
