Meet Jaiden Rodriguez, Mountain States newest and youngest client! You might know him better as the Gadsden Flag kid. The story of Jaiden Rodriguez gained national attention at the beginning of the 2023 academic year when a video of him and his mother, Eden, went viral for the conversation with a school administrator about the meaning behind the Gadsden Flag. Also known as “Don’t Tread on Me”. Jaiden lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he attends school in the Harrison School District 2. What he experienced from school administrators and district officials is one of the more egregious acts of student censorship in recent memory.
