Loved shooting again this week at Waterline Square! The homes are stunning of course (between architects Rafael Viñoly, Kohn Pedersen Fox, and Richard Meier you could hardly go wrong) but have you seen the size of their amenities package? The Waterline Club is, for real, 100,000 square feet of amazing, designed by The Rockwell Group, and it won last year’s Interior Design Magazine “Best Residential Amenity”…and of course it did (#musthavebeenthephotos). One post can’t even begin to hold everything in here, there’s still yoga and Pilates and bowling and a theater and an art studio and more and more. And yes, that last photo is a space-age indoor garden where residents are growing their own kale.
