Postpartum has a way of making the smallest things feel big. And the big things? Almost hard to even process. So lately, I’ve been keeping a quiet list in my head of those wins. Not perfect days. Not having it all together. Just my own victories. Because this season is tender. It’s unpredictable. And some moments feel really, really hard. But even here—there is progress. Even here—there is strength. And sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is simply recognize: “I did that.” 🚿 Showering on my own 🤱 Exclusively nursing twins (and surviving solo nights) 🚶‍♀️ Walking up and down stairs solo 💩 Standing to change diapers 🤰Pushing out two babies in one delivery 🆘 Asking for help sooner 🧠 Being honest about my mental state (especially the hard feelings) 🫂 Showing up for my other three kids (even in small increments of time) 🍱 Feeding my body even when my mind says I’m not hungry #postpartum #postpregnancy #postpartumjourney #twinmomlife #twinmama
