One of the most special days I’ve had at work! The flapanthers celebrated Autism Acceptance Night on #WorldAutismAwarenessDay, and my best buddy Matt got the full VIP experience. Matt and I were paired through BestBuddies, a nonprofit creating friendships, job opportunities, and leadership programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We met over a year ago and quickly bonded over our love for the Panthers. His confidence and joy inspire me every day.
