I’ve lived in Denver my whole life and somehow this was my first time at palacearms … and wow, it fully lived up to the hype. The tableside moments were everything-Caesar dressing made right in front of us and bananas foster that was chef’s kiss 🔥 impeccable service all around. It’s inside brownpalace (which opened in 1892 👀), so you’re literally dining in one of Denver’s most iconic, historic spots.
