From the fireline to leadership. Today, the CAL FIRE Redding Training Center graduated Company Officer Academy Class 26-02 at Shasta College. This academy bridges the gap between technical skill and the high-stakes leadership required to lead a crew. Through our partnership with shastacollege, these officers have honed their tactics and decision-making in the unique terrain of the North State.
