💪 Preparation is a year-round commitment. CAL FIRE units are taking part in Continued Professional Trainings (CPTs), bringing personnel together to refresh core skills, train for all-risk incidents, and stay aligned as one statewide department. These trainings include hands-on firefighting scenarios, EMS and hazardous materials awareness, plus essential safety and administrative updates. CPTs also provide unit personnel with the opportunity to hear directly from leadership regarding priorities, expectations, and the road ahead.
