We talk so much about the magic of touring — the crowds, the lights, the music — but not enough about what it takes from the artist… the exhaustion, the constant movement, being away from home for months, giving everything night after night like you’re not human too. Hozier has spoken about the way it blurs time, how it pulls you away from any sense of normal life, how much it asks of you physically and mentally.
