Divya did not expect her Brand Management class to feel so different from everything else she had done at Kelley. Working with
@RareBeauty through Professor Kelly King's M-310 practicum, she and her team had to get to the root of the brand and figure out what actually matters to its customers.
Being a brand manager in practice looks a lot different from what it does in a lecture hall. She came away with more than just a marketing skillset. She learned how to collaborate, build toward something as a team, and make the work better because of the people around her.
