At today’s men’s basketball game against Colorado, BYU retired the jersey of BYU Basketball Legend Jimmer Fredette.
Jimmer is arguably the most iconic BYU basketball player in program history and holds a plethora of records, including the single-game scoring record (52 points), the BYU single-season scoring record (1,068 points), single-season field goals made (346), single-season three-point field goals made (124), and several others.
He also earned numerous NCAA accolades, including NCAA Division 1 Scoring Leader (2010-11) and National Player of the Year honors (2011).
