Let’s👏Flippin👏Go!
80-year-old Natalie Grabow made history last week as the oldest woman ever to finish the ironmantri World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
She powered through the epic race — a 3.8km swim, 180km bike ride, and a full marathon — in just under 17 hours.
What makes her story even more amazing? Natalie only learned how to swim at 59 so she could compete in triathlons.
Since then, she has turned herself into a legend, smashing records and showing us all that age really is just a number.
GLORIOUS!
