I’m a Detroit Native born and raised. Being named the “Motor City” we have a large automotive factory plant culture here with ford being one of the most popular. 🛻 So for my second footwear design project at plcdetroit I designed: “B.T. (Built Tough)” The Future of Factory Footwear - An Industrial work boot that optimizes the user’s experience through light weight, secure lockdown and anti-perspiring innovation. The boot is directly inspired by the sleek, future forward design language of one of Ford’s most Popular Vehicles: The Ford F-150.
