Route 3 is back open after a CSX freight train derailment happened on Tuesday in North Bergen, N.J. One of the 13 cars involved in the derailment spilled ethyl acetate, a flammable liquid, city officials said. However, CSX said on Wednesday that, while one of the cars was carrying ethyl acetate, there were no hazmat leaks or spills.
