A shooting in Spartanburg County led to an AMBER Alert after a suspect fled with two children. The vehicle was entered into the National Crime Information Center database, and a Flock license plate reader quickly flagged it in Georgia nearly 100 miles away. Within 42 minutes, Towns County Sheriff’s located the vehicle, made the arrest, and safely recovered both children. #PublicSafety #TrueCrime #News
