An 18-year-old man charged in the fatal 2020 shooting of #PopSmoke admitted to k-lling him in juvenile court Friday. The defendant, who was 15 at the time of the crime, admitted to a juvenile court petition charging him with first-degree murder in the Feb. 19, 2020, death of Pop Smoke.
