Testing the Heat Sensitive Ink on an Official 2021 Stanley Cup Playoff NHL Game Puck. When the hockey puck is frozen and ready for game use the playoff logo is purple. As the puck thaws out the logo turns back to white. I shot this frozen puck video in a confined area with a hair dryer to speed up the process. It took a couple minutes, but I increased playback speed to 10x. Very cool! 🥶😎 I've seen it done many times but wanted to try it myself. I acquired these pucks from my friends at @proamsportsmemorabilia Check them out. These would have been the same style of pucks used for Round 1 of the Oilers/Jets series in Edmonton.
