At the Access to Success Community Talk (ACT) at The Hurt Hub Davidson, leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers gathered for an honest conversation about nonprofit work in Africa—and what it truly means to serve.
What emerged was more than strategy—it was a reflection on purpose. Together, we explored the tension between meeting urgent needs and building long-term solutions that honor dignity, strengthen communities, and reflect faithful stewardship.
One theme stood out: lasting impact requires moving beyond charity toward partnership. A faith-centered approach calls us to see people as image-bearers with God-given potential—and to focus on restoring agency, not just delivering resources.
