I read this quote today, “Your purpose is not the thing you do. It is the thing that happens in others when you do what you do.” (Thank you to elisha.trask ) She was talking about it in relation to motherhood and daily household tasks that feel mundane. She was talking about reshaping your mindset to see the why behind what you do and not just check off a never ending list of things to do. As much as I love the artistic side of photography it’s the meaning behind the photos that keeps me doing what I do 💕 The “you made me feel so beautiful” texts or the “my husband said he had such a fun time at our family photos” emails or even the simple update of your profile picture fills my cup. #ncphoto #ncphotographers #northcarolinaphotographer
