This is centered around European bistro life. Food and wine paired intentionally. Shared plates at the table. A place you settle into, not rush through. Kevin Brown is the winemaker behind sirensongwines, producing wines from their vineyards in Washington, alongside Idaho wines from the Snake River Valley. Holly Brown leads the culinary side, with a seasonal, chef-crafted menu designed specifically to pair with the wines. I had the opportunity to try several of the share plates.
