A recently rediscovered Monet landscape set a new auction record today at #SothebysParis. After 100 years away from public view, it achieved €10.2 million in the Modern & Contemporary Evening Sale. ‘Vétheuil, effet du matin’ from 1901 shows some of the most important developments of the Impressionist movement.
