“Aging,” doesn’t bother me, but quality of life matters. Aging gracefully is a whole other ball game. They said grandmas slow down… Stay home. Crochet. Sit on the couch. Watch the grandkids. Play bingo. Some sip wine, take shots, have their margaritas—and call it a day. But nobody told them about this kind of grandma. The one who still shows up for herself—in better ways. Still puts in the work. Still builds strength… physically and mentally. Because aging isn’t the end… It’s the evolution. I’m not here to shrink. I’m here to get stronger. For myself. For my family. For my legacy. This isn’t about weights… It’s about showing my family what strength looks like at every stage of life. It’s about rewriting what aging is supposed to look like.
