Today I’m sharing the official document list for Spain’s mass regularization program. There are two groups — let’s break it down.
GROUP 1: Asylum Seekers
If you applied for asylum before January 1, 2026, here’s what you need:
📄 Official form EX-31 — completed and signed
📄 Full passport copy — valid or expired (both work!)Can also be: cédula de inscripción or travel document
📄 Proof you applied for asylum before January 1, 2026Any document showing you submitted your international protection request
📄 Proof of 5 months continuous residence in SpainEmpadronamiento, medical records, receipts, bank statements — anything with your name and date
📄 Criminal record certificateFrom countries where you lived in the last 5 years
📄 Fee payment receiptModel 790, code 052, section 2.3.1Cost: €38.28
