✅ week 1 at the new JOB done. One person army, officially deployed:)) I left a corporate job for a startup - an offer I sat with for a long time before saying YES. My focus here: product thinking, AI integrations, new features, and building the team and things that actually scale. The kind of work that keeps me up at night in the good way. I feel like I’m in my waters, for now❤️ 4 days in and I already see patterns. Things that could be better, challenges I’ve faced before, gaps that take time and trust to fix. I’m not rushing. I know this kind of change only happens when the team decides to own it together✨ Right now I’m deep in docs, learning the business logic, figuring out how things move. Next week I have my first real feature to push forward - I have a plan already. But the thing I’m most grateful for? The people! Genuinely.
