This past weekend, Michael Herres had some strong performances at the Chicagoland Championships at Elmhurst!
On Friday, Michael Herres ran a personal best in the 1500m in a time of 4:09.49. Then on Saturday, Michael ran a season best in the 800m in a time of 1:58.28 to have an amazing back-to-back days of racing!
