Personal trainer Debra Duby has been training women in midlife for over 23 years and she says this is the number one thing she hears. Women who did all the right things. Who had routines that worked. Who knew their bodies. And then suddenly, nothing works anymore. Not just a plateau. The opposite direction. Like their body is unraveling and they don't recognize it.
