No matter how much life is life-ing, this is what keeps me grounded:
Spending time in nature.
Moving my body.
And learning how to be still.
These are the things I know I can control and the things that always bring me back to the present.
I’ve struggled with mental health throughout my life, as I know a lot of others have too.
What’s helped me the most is coming back to the basics:
What I feed my body.
What I feed my mind.
How I move.
And how I spend my time.
Because the better I feel physically, the better I feel mentally.
Recently, I’ve also been more intentional about what I add into my routine.
One of those things has been NAD+
Something I originally came across while looking for ways to support my mom through her MS.
After doing my own research, I realized how powerful it could be for me too, especially when it comes to energy, mental clarity, and long-term health.
For me, it’s not about quick fixes.
It’s about building habits that support me every single day.
