Capital Day On Campus 🦁 Capital Day on Campus takes the spirit and purpose of Capital Day in Harrisburg. It brings it to students and the Penn State community as they advocate for better funding for Penn State, students, and families. As the University’s single-largest day of advocacy, Commonwealth Campuses will hold their own tabling events on their campus to advocate and send messages to legislators.
