Aardbeienkwekerij Penninx has been growing strawberries in a 1-hectare glasshouse using substrate trays on a mixture of coco, Accretio and perlite. Despite having clean rainwater year-round, organic contamination in the irrigation system was a problem. In early 2022, the lead grower conducted a trial with a Moleaer nanobubble generator to test its effects on the crop.
