Habitat has partnered with mihomes to redevelop the former Solo Cup site into The Bowery of Highland Park - a thoughtfully planned, 227‑unit for‑sale townhome community that blends new housing, preserved open space, and community‑focused amenities. Approved unanimously by the Highland Park City Council earlier this year, the project reflects years of collaboration with city leaders and residents to reimagine this infill site in a way that respects the character of the neighborhood while addressing today’s housing needs.
