Before you open a single textbook, take 5 minutes. A walk. Slow breathing. Sunlight. Anything that tells your nervous system: you’re safe.

2️⃣ STOP TRYING TO MOTIVATE YOURSELF
Burnout kills meaning. That’s not weakness, it’s a clinical symptom.
The fix isn’t a motivational quote.
It’s reconnecting to “WHY” you started.
→ Write your reason down. Put it somewhere you’ll see it every single day.
3️⃣ MOVE YOUR BODY BUT GENTLY
Not a hard workout. Not “push through it.”
